Simplify workflows
Reduce friction across complex processes and make key actions easier to understand.
A full UX/UI redesign focused on simplifying workflows, improving navigation and creating a scalable, performance-oriented experience for professional users.
The portal brought together orders, documents, product information and recurring operational tasks. The redesign therefore started from the way professionals actually work inside the system: what they need to find, compare, complete and return to during the day.
Instead of treating the project as a visual refresh, I focused on reducing friction in high-frequency workflows and giving the platform a structure that could grow without becoming harder to use.
Reduce friction across complex processes and make key actions easier to understand.
Create a clearer information architecture so users can move through the platform with less effort.
Design a structured interface system able to support future growth and evolving business needs.
I led the project from the initial analysis and research phase through the definition of the information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and final interface design.
The work aligned user needs with business objectives, turning a complex system into a more structured, efficient and process-oriented platform.
The existing portal was analysed around recurring professional tasks, identifying where steps, navigation and information could be made more direct.
Orders, documents, products and supporting functions were reorganised around recognisable tasks rather than the internal structure of the system.
Dense information, filters, tables and actions were designed for speed and repeatability, while keeping the interface visually consistent.
